  • Small head of Isis

Her face is framed by soft locks on her head, a crescent moon crowns the top of her diadem; from the back of her head a veil falls covering her shoulders. Like other statues of the same type, this small head is evidence of the widespread private dissemination of those Egyptian cults indicated by the personal relationship between the follower and the divinity.
