Fragments of wall painting

c. 1350-1300 B.C.
Turin, Museo delle Antichità Egizie
Inv. S. 1341-44

These fragments come from the decoration of scribe's tomb in Thebes. Above, two wine-bearers beside a store of wine. One is pouring the wine into amphorae inserted in supports, while the other is adjusting the siphon used to draw out the wine.
