  • Pair of earring with lion protome

These earrings are in the so-called cornucopia style, due to the shape of the hoop, and are decorated with a lion protome. The hoop is made of numerous intertwined wires; the lion's nose is in laminate, carefully detailed, and encircled by a thick, rayed mane; a decorative filigree band and leaf motif encircles the neck.
