Lunigiana


La Spezia, which became the capital of its Province in 1923, exhibited in Florence on behalf of the historic region of Lunigiana, as had been decided by the Committee headed by the Podestà S. Nasalli Rocca. The exhibits displayed in the small room were selected and arranged by Carlo Caselli, curator of the Museo Civico di Spezia [La Spezia Municipal Museum]; they consisted of manuscripts, printed texts and portraits of scientists from Lungiana.
